You have to go to brother.com to download a Utilities Tool called Internet FAX Install Tool, you have to click Show all to unhide the link to download

If you are using Gmail, you have to go to Google Account Settings -> Security
1. setup 2FA
2. setup app password

Then, you have to setup SMTP server in printer portal page

SMTP Server Address: smtp.gmail.com
SMTP Port: 587
SMTP Server Authentication Method: SMTP-AUTH
SMTP Server Authentication Name: your_gmail_address
SMTP Server Authentication Password: your_gmail_app_password
SMTP over SSL/TLS: TLS (unclick Verify Server Certificate)
Device E-mail Address: your_gmail_address

POP3 Sever Address: imap.gmail.com
POP3 Port: 993
Mailbox Name: your_gmail_address
Mailbox Password: your_gmail_app_password
POP3 over SSL/TLS: TLS (unclick Verify Server Certificate)

After, you should be all good to go.

How to reset toner counter in Brother HL-L2370DW

Remember to remove the small PCB (the chip) from your old starter/genuine toner and get it installed to your new 3rd party toner replacement.

1. Open toner cover
2. Press and release the "Back" and "Green" buttons at the same time and then press the "Back" button again.
3. "TNR-STR" will show up
   
4. Use "UP" or "Down" button to select "TNR-HC" and then press the "OK" button
5. Printer should display "Reset" and "Exit", Choose the option to reset.
6. The display will briefly say "Accepted". 
7. Close the printer's front cover. 

 Here are the options that will come up on the display:

TNR-STR – starter toner cartridge
TNR-STD – standard capacity toner cartridge
TNR-HC – high capacity toner cartridge
TNR-S.HC – super high capacity toner cartridge
